Jaspersoft 8.1.1 install or upgrade 8.1.1 fails on Sql Server Named-Instance

Issue/Introduction

With sqlserver 2019 and sqlserver jdbc drivers 11.2, testing of named-instance was missed out.
Hence JS 8.1.x, has not been certified with Sqlserver 2019.

 

STR:
1. Attempt to install / upgrade Jaspersoft 8.1.1 on a Named-Instance Microsoft Sql Server
   
2. After being prompted and entering correct database connection details the install fails

Expected:  Jaspersoft install on Named-Instance to complete successfully
Actual: Jaspersoft install fails with the follow error - 'Unable to connect Jasper Database'
