Does DX SaaS initiate communications to the DX Cloud Proxy?

Issue/Introduction

Configuring the firewall rules and the DMZ, we need to know if the DX Cloud proxy needs a public IP to initiate communication back to the internal DX Cloud Proxy or is all communication initiated by the DX Cloud proxy and anything passed back to the Cloud Proxy is on the response?

Resolution

Using Cloud Proxy shows that it is one way from the Cloud Proxy to SAAS.

This establishes a connection that stays open. As a result, No Public IP is needed. SAAS is using the already opened connection to send communication updates.
