Issue/Introduction

We have proceeded with the production upgrade to 14.4 and after we successfully started all services when we try to modify endpoint accounts in Identity Manager we are unable to make changes as they are greyed out. 

 

Environment

Release : 14.4
Standalone
Upgrade path 12.6.8 to 14.3 CP2 to 14.4.2

Resolution

Removed custom “Enter HTML to appear at the end of the page” data under Roles and tasks\Admin tasks\Modify Admin tasks\Find <Task in question>. Review under the \Tabs tab.  Scroll down to find “Enter HTML to appear at the end of the page”
