Can the Oracle instance name be used as CI as this is available in UCMDB?

Issue/Introduction

For exadata-related events, tickets are created with CI Generic_Monitoring_CI as DXIM is using profile name CI but this one does not exist in UCMDB.

Can it be possible to use the instance name as this is available in UCMDB because the DB team activates maintenance based on the instance name?

Cause

Limitation.

Resolution

It is unfortunately not possible to create incidents with the instance name(s).

In the Oracle probe, we only use the profile name as an alarm source.
