Reporting Region for Cloud SWG tenant needs to be changed

Issue/Introduction

On Cloud SWG tenant creation, it is linked to one of 3 GCP Reporting Regions - in Asia, Europe or North America.

In some cases the default Reporting Region might be linked to incorrect region (e.g. customer from Europe was linked to North America).

 

Resolution

Customers who require changing the Reporting Region are encouraged to raise a case with Broadcom Support.

Note: changing the Region causes losing the access to the previous reports (they will not be transferred to the new Region).
