Issue/Introduction

DX UIM alerts not showing in DX OI.

From OI _connector log:-

 [QUEUE_MONITOR_THREAD, oi_connector] checkConnection: Got NimException connecting to queue axagateway.uimQos: Received status (4) on response (for sendRcv) for cmd = 'subscribe' name = 'null'

Environment

DX OI SaaS

Resolution

Follow the below step:-

1. deactivate oi_connector
2. Move the contents of the <InstallFolder>\Nimsoft\hub\q\axagateway.uimQos to another folder
3. activate oi_connector
4. click the refresh button a couple of times in the hub GUI/Status tab and the queues should turn green when oi_connector starts up
