APM alarm trap event issues when integrate with Spectrum

Issue/Introduction

Setup alert for Connection Status metrics to send traps to Spectrum.  
We are still seeing issues where APM does not send the correct trap information to Spectrum.  

Some examples are:
does not show the value of the metric when trap is sent for agent.
clear trap is not sent for agent.

Environment

Release : 10.7.0, 10.8.0 

Resolution

Suggest to use the following settings on APM side.

Set the APM alert configuration (with notify by individual metrics) checked.
Do not include more them 10 metric in metric grouping for the alert.
