Cause

Application conflict with cylance agent

Resolution

In agent configuration > advanced settings > FileSystem.ENDPOINT_SECURITY_MONITORING_WHITELISTED_PROCESS_PATHS.

Add the following cylance paths:

/Library/Application Support/Cylance/Desktop/q; /System/Libary/Extensions/CyProtectDrvOSX.kext/; /private/tmp/CylanceDesktopArchive; /private/tmp/CylanceDesktopRemoteFile; /usr/bin/find;/Applications/Cylance; /Library/Application Support/Cylance;/Applications/CylanceES.app;
