SOI 4.2 CU4

SOI CA SOI User Interface Server service stop after customer start the service.

The service would not stay running

Environment

Release : 4.2

Resolution

When the SOI CA SOI User Interface Server service starts it is encounter an error in the soi-ui_wrapper.log

Address already in use

I checked the task manager and found the java process from the previous UI service was still running.

I ended the java process and now SOI CA SOI User Interface Server service is starting properly.
