apm_bridge, and oi_connector queues go yellow or fail completely

Issue/Introduction

apm_bridge_inventory, axagateway_alarms, and axagateway_uimQos trottle between green and yellow or fail to connect after a period of time.

Cause

loglevel setting was contributing to high load on the probes.

Resolution

loglevel was set to 5 on both the apm_bridge and also on the oi_connector. Reducing it first to 3 and that then reduced the queue failures drastically. It can be helped further by reducing it further to 1.

In some cases, this can happen after a configuration change, and or update to the probe, and deactivate/activate will not help to get the queues going again. In this case, restarting (right click the hub robot > restart in IM) the hub that the oi_connector probe is running on, should clear up the queues not returning to green.
