Tenant Gateway enrollment fails from Policy Manager

Issue/Introduction

Portal enrollment from Tenant gateway fails with this below error.

"This gateway has already enrolled with a different portal"

Environment

Component: API Developer Portal

Release : 5.x

Cause

Trying to enroll gateway with more than one portal.

Resolution

Take a snapshot of the tenant gateways and follow the cleanup gateway procedure stated in the below product documentation to de-enroll the gateway from portal.

Restart ssg service on all tenant gateway nodes and then Enroll gateway with API Developer Portal.
