Clarity Live Status Report functionality does not create status report with mandatory fields

Issue/Introduction

Live Status Report functionality does not work as expected when there are mandatory fields

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Navigate to Adminstration->Studio
2. Go to Status Reports object
3. Create a required attribute
4. Go to MUX and open any project
5. Live Status Report will not be created

Expected Results: It should allow to create status report and prompt for required attribute value to be populated.

Actual Results: It does not create status report

Release : 16.1.3

Resolution

Working as currently designed, please reach out to Product Management if you would like this to change

Workaround: Either do not make any attributes required or provide default value to required attributes.
