UIM OC Inventory page filters get "Data Access Error"

Issue/Introduction
On the inventory page if you are trying to find the servers without agents and you filter for:
a. Has KeyIcon = Yes and
b. Bus Type = No
you get a "Data Access Error"

Resolution
The engineering team has confirmed the fix has been resolved in UIM 20.4CU10 and UIM 23.4
