Issue/Introduction

Fail to send the test email after configuring the SMTP settings in SMP console when using office365.com as SMTP.

ERROR:

Test failed
SMTP operation failed with the following details: Server:smtp.office365.com; Port:587(A value of -1 indicates default); Username:[email protected]; Error Message: Failure sending mail..

This issue has been reported to our Broadcom Dev team. We will update the KB as soon as the Fix is available.
