ERROR after applying HF84 , "the trustAnchors parameter must be non-empty"

Issue/Introduction

After applying APM 10.7 HF84 Enterprise manager doesn't start.

getting this error in the logs

INFO   | jvm 1    | Introscope Enterprise Manager failed to start because:
INFO   | jvm 1    | the trustAnchors parameter must be non-empty
STATUS | wrapper  | <-- Wrapper Stopped

Environment

• APM 10.7 HF84
• APM 10.8

Cause

Code regression, latest APM 10.8 revert the changes from HF84:

1. Changed sslContextFactory class
2. Added excludeCipherSuites
3. Added new arguments for class SecureRequestCustomizer

 

Resolution

Upgrade to APM 10.8
