'Allocation' TSV Audit records not generated as expected for Resource Calendar updates

Issue/Introduction

'Allocation' TSV Audit records not generated as expected for Resource Calendar updates.

The issue seems to work if you only make 1 resource calendar change, but if you make subsequent changes, it no longer seems to generate the Audit records for the TSV field, but the Scalar field gets generated. 

This issue might also be reproduced for the following fields that get impacted by calendar updates:

Team (staff) 'Hard Allocation' fieldAssignment 'ETC' field 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Classic, Administration, Studio Objects: 'Team' object, Audit Trail
2. Add both 'Allocation' fields (scalar & tsv) to the 3 different types of Audit
3. Go to Clarity, Administration, Blueprints
4. Add the 'Staff' and 'Audit' Modules to the Investment Blueprint
5. Go to the Investment 'Staff' Module
Make a manual update to one of the TSV periods (ie. Oct 2023)
6. Go to the Investment 'Audit' Module
Configure the view to show Old Value / New Value for the Scalar values
Configure the view to show Per-Period Old Value / New Value for the TSV values
See 2 records for 'Allocation' (1 for scalar, 1 for TSV)
7. Go to the same resource's record in Classic and navigate to the Calendar
8. Update the Calendar for November 2023 and set some non-working days
Making this change will reduce the resource's availability and therefore reduce the allocation automatically
9. Ensure the 'Time Slicing' job executes after making a calendar change
10. Go to Clarity, Investment 'Audit' Module
See 4 records now
2 new records are added for both the scalar and tsv updates from the calendar update
11. Go back to the resource's calendar and make an update for December 2023 for some non-working days
12. Ensure the 'Time Slicing' job executes
13. Go to Clarity, Investment 'Audit' Module
