How to reset Login credentials for IM

Issue/Introduction

We have a scenario where IM tries to connect to a decommissioned hub and does not provided the option select a different server to log into.

How can the Login credentials be reset for IM without doing an install/reinstall?

Environment

Any IM version

Resolution

1. Close IM

2. Go to the registry key below. The S- key below differs on each system where IM is installed.

HKEY_USERS\<S-1-5-21-1951517225-882174458-1827579455-1003>\Software\Nimbus Software\NimBUS Manager\NcSplitFrame

Clear Data values as shown below

3. Launch IM and enter the new domain/user/hub IP information in the Login prompt
