When attempting to manually install ARD Studio 3.3 I get a message stating "A file that is required cannot be installed because the cabinet file \appdata\roaming\CA\AgileDesigner\Install\disk1.cab has an invalid digital signature". I have tried downloads for 3.3.0.18, 3.3.0.25 and 3.3.0.32 and get the same message each time.

This is because the Digicert Root certificate on the customer's machine is not set as a trusted certificate due to the signature not being accepted as a valid certificate.
To resolve this, get a copy of the correct Degicert certificate from a working system, or contact the Broadcom Support team to help locate a valid certificate. Then install the certificate on the system where you are trying to install the ARD Studio using the following steps:
Click on View Certificate > Export > Save > install.
Once all the certificates of the chain have been installed in the server, close ARD .exe and retry.
