Unable to update the PRD Graphs with custom titles after upgrade

Issue/Introduction

Unable to update the PRD Graphs with custom titles since customer updated the OC package which features the new "interpolate" option.  They are no longer able to name the graphs to reflect what they are showing.

Environment

Release: 20.4

Resolution

This issue has been tested and fixed and it will be available in CU10 as well as next major release.
