ServiceManager Dialog does not display its version in hotfix releases since 21.0.5

Issue/Introduction

The Service Manager Dialog (smd) that is delivered in hotfixes versions since 21.0.5 does not show any version + hotfix when clicking on Information About.

Example ok : the service manager dialog 21.0.4 hf1 is ok and shows Version 21.0.4+hf.1.build.38

Example ko: the service manager dialog 21.0.7 hf2 is ko and shows no Version

 

Note that this only occurs when we deliver a ServiceManagerDialog on a hotfix version(as it comes with the agents).
The release versions that have no hotfixes are ok.
