Unable to collect newly created user information after running inventory

Issue/Introduction

Inventory Solution is unable to collect new "user information". The Inventory task is completing but the "Local User" information is missing in the inventory report.

Environment

ITMS 8.6 RU3

Cause

Newly created users should log in at least once after creation, as the Inventory tasks collect user information from the WMI Win32_NetworkLoginProfile and if the profile is not yet created it will not be collected.

Resolution

You need to log in to the machine using that newly created user so Windows will create the profile of your newly created user.  Once this is done you can run the Inventory task and the "user information".
