Issue/Introduction

Unable to collect new "user information" after running inventory.

The Inventory task is getting completed but the user information is missing in the inventory report. "Local User" account Information is not present.

Environment

ITMS 8.6 RU3

Cause

Newly created user should logged in at least once after creation.

We collect users from WMI Win32_NetworkLoginProfile, if the profile is not yet created it will not be collected. Windows creates a user profile when the user logs in first time.

Resolution

You need to log in to the machine using that newly created user. Then it will create the profile of that newly created user.  Then, you can try to collect the Inventory.
