User uploads file that violates DLP Enforce policy - quarantine is successful
Check this setting in Salesforce & see if its enabled or not - [https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=000380667&type=1]
If the setting is enabled for attachments to be uploaded as files in Salesforce then after that remediation with be functioning.
If the setting is NOT enabled files will be added as attachments in Salesforce and remediation fail due to Salesforce Securlet not allowing us to fetch the attachment
If this setting is enabled then attachments are uploaded as files in SalesForce and then after that - remediation will be supported.
