View by Keys is not working in the collection.

Issue/Introduction

One member of the datasharing group has a Detector profile that has View by Keys = Yes and the keys are being collected but another member which has the same profile set up, the Keys are not being collected.

 

 

Environment

Release : 20.0

Resolution

The problem was that for that datasharing member profile was not updated. None of the keys was turned on. All of them were off as displayed below:
