Fresh install of CA SERVICE DESK in Brazilian Portuguese won't complete post installation tasks automatically.
Advanced Availability, Background server installation.
The following error is found in the Install.log file :

Release : 17.4
The error was caused by not selecting the "load default data option" in the installation parameters.
