Issue/Introduction

Alarms are not clearing when Acknowledged from the Operator Console, OC.

Note: Alarms clear when Acknowledge from Infrastructure Manager, IM

Environment

Any Operator Console version

Resolution

1. Deactivate the wasp probe on the OC robot

2. Rename the following folder on the OC

.../service/wasp/work

3. Activate the wasp

4.Login to OC and validate that issue is resolved
