CA Privileged Access Manager (PAM)

Issue/Introduction

When trying to use learn mode to configure a web portal for Microsoft Azure, there is no ability to mark the Next button. The only options are accountname, password, or submit. How can the PAM web portal be configured with Microsoft Azure.

Environment

Privileged Access Manager, all versions as of October 2023

Cause

With the way PAM currently uses HTML SSO in the web browser, the accountname field, password field, and submit button must all be on a single web page for the auto-login to work.

Resolution

Engineering is working on a feature request to create a web portal integration for Microsoft Azure, which will be included in a future release. As of PAM 4.1.5, the feature is not yet implemented. To have PAM auto-login to a Microsoft Azure web portal in a current release, an RDP application needs to be configured with Transparent Login.
