Tooltip is removed when attribute name is updated

Issue/Introduction

Attributes have been created with tooltips.  Once upgraded, some of the tooltips were removed from the sub-subproject attributes.

Steps to Reproduce:

 

Classic UI

1. Go to Administration>>Object>>Project
2. Open Project Object and click 'Attributes'
3. Create a new attribute with API ID
4. Save and Return

 

Modern UX

1. Go to Administration>>Attributes
2. Add Tooltip column if not there
3. Search for your new attribute
4. Enter in a tooltip
5. Go to Projects grid view
6. Add the new attribute to the columns
7. Note the tooltip
8. Close browser

 

Classic UI

1. Go to Administration>>Object>>Project
2. Open and click 'Attributes'
3. Open your new attribute
4. Enter in a updated name
5. Save and Return
6. Go to security.caches and click 'Flush All'

 

Modern UX

 

1. In a new browser go to MUX
2. Go to Project Grid and open your project

 

 

Expected Results: The tooltip should still be visible

 

Actual Results: The tooltip is deleted

Cause

The attribute's tooltip is removed if the attribute's name is updated

This happens on all attributes including attributes in subobjects and sub-subobjects as well.

The caches have to be cleared for the issue to occur which is why it seemed this happened after an upgrade.

 

Resolution

This is DE78163,  fixed in 16.2.0
