Issue/Introduction
The sysview.SAMPJCL member INST0002 creates the z/FS data set, directories, and mount point for the new SYSVIEW release.
The JCL contains and runs several steps and each step must complete with a return code of zero.
When running the JOB, the FORMAT step ends with RC=01 and the following message:

The following message was found on the console:

Resolution
The message ICH408I says that the user userx is not allowed to access the dataset your_ZFS_dataset
The RACF command to permit access to this dataset should be something like this:
PERMIT 'your_ZFS_dataset' ID(userx) ACCESS(READ)
Please confirm this command with RACF support.
