The Infrastructure agent on example1 is no longer able to connect to the SaaS instance of DX-APM. This is not a path or network problem as the Java agents running on the same machines is still reporting properly. We are seeing similar issues elsewhere where a Java agent cannot connect but others running on the same host are working fine.

The problem corrected itself after Broadcom completed the DX-SaaS US Emergency Maintenance Application Upgrade on 10/18.
