As part of Symantec's ongoing licensing simplification, Cloud Security Web Gateway (Cloud SWG) provisioning will be transitioned to the Cloud Management Portal (CMP) for all new subscription orders and renewals.
For Cloud SWG licenses purchased, but not yet configured, the registration links received before the migration will be invalidated. Instead, customers now trigger the Cloud SWG license provisioning via the CMP portal.
Those email addresses associated with the orders who did not previously have CMP access will receive invitation emails for CMP as part of the migration.
Existing CMP accounts for the same customer will also have visibility to the unprovisioned Cloud SWG licenses in the Cloud Services -> Subscriptions section.
Once in CMP follow the steps for Configuring Cloud Services
If a customer who has received a prior "welcome" email encounters difficulties accessing CMP or cannot locate a Cloud SWG subscription within CMP, They should reach out to our Global Customer Assistance team for assistance.
