View is not picking up reports into VIEW DB

Issue/Introduction

View has picked up some reports from spool(jes) but stopped working after an IPL and the dynamic addition of HLQ.XXXLOAD into LNKLST. 

Environment

Release : 14.0

Resolution

Client using System Extension SARXTD. 
After IPL client had not started their SARXTD and they did not have the set up for it to start automatically after ipl.
To have SARXTD start automatically after ipl .....
Add the S SARXTD command to member COMMNDxx of SYS1.PARMLIB to start the system extensions task automatically at each IPL.
