Issue/Introduction

The description of the MQQGETTM variable says  "Elapsed time since last GET".

Is the "Elapsed time since last GET" since the last "successful" GET?  or is it also from the last "unsuccessful" GET?

Environment

Release : 17.0

Resolution

Sysview basically get the same values as the IBM command DISPLAY QSTATUS.

One of the values returned by DISPLAY QSTATUS is LGETTIME which is documented as:

The time at which the last message was retrieved from the queue since the queue manager started. A message being browsed does not count as a message being retrieved. When no get time is available, perhaps because no message has been retrieved from the queue since the queue manager was started, the value is shown as a blank. For queues with QSGDISP(SHARED), the value shown is for measurements collected on this queue manager only.

The "Elapsed time since last GET" should be interpreted as the last "successful" GET.  A failed GET doesn't count.
