Client Getting error trying to activate new entitlement in CMP:
This entitlement may have encountered an error during provisioning.
Client had old expired CASB tenant with different primary domain that they no longer needed or wanted.
Old expired tenant was deleted by Broadcom. Then SECP (CMP) Team re-aligned entitlements to new desired primary domain
Client was then able to login to CMP and activate multiple new CASB Subscriptions for SAAS, IAAS, Gateway, etc. and login to new CASB tenant
