Issue/Introduction

After integrating Symantec Email Security (SES) with Symantec Information Centric Analytics (ICA), ICA's JsonImporter returns an error similar to the following while attempting to import records from SES:

[1:ERROR] ApiClient.LogError() Could not retrieve Isolation (attempt 0 out of 4) saved response file 'C:\Program Files\Bay Dynamics\Database Utilities\JsonImporter_1.3.3_signed\Isolation_20230920111827_xtv4rshi.1wl.json'
[1:ERROR] ApiClient.LogError() exception: Cannot set column 'top_level_url'. The value violates the MaxLength limit of this column.
[1:ERROR] ApiClient.LogError() System.ArgumentException: Cannot set column 'top_level_url'. The value violates the MaxLength limit of this column.

If the importer was run by a SQL Server Agent job, the job fails and the failure is captured in the SQL Server Agent job history log. The error is also captured in the JsonImporter log file.
