CPU alarm TOT does not seem to follow the rules correctly

Issue/Introduction

I have a TOT setting of 20 minutes over a threshold over a period of 21 minutes and am polling at a 5-minute poll interval. I got an alarm when the 5th poll was under the threshold. Why did I get the alarm?

This is an example of how the TOT is processed:

Since you are polling at a 5 minute interval you will want to adjust the number of minutes for your TOT to 21 minutes so that it will take into consideration the 5th poll with respect to whether to send an alarm or not.
