Issue/Introduction

The JCP and REST server process display wrong values for B01,B10 and B60 in Server Processes - Utilization that don't change over time.
For example, on our case they displayed values 99,89,0, but below a text message says:
"There is no utilization information for Communication Processes"

The Workaround we do is to restart the REST process. The values remain the same until we restart it.
