Alerts not displaying in APM tenant

Issue/Introduction

Hi All,

We are not able to see alerts which is created under alerts section and all management modules are grayed out.

Environment

Release : 23.2

Resolution

A code change was made on the MOM to resolve a regression error in mid-Oct 23.
