To allow rapid identification of issues caused by configuration items (ie: regexp, alerts, management modules) 

Add the below new sustainability metrics and OOTB dx dashboards

universes
attribute rules
management modules
metric groupings
alerts
calculators
JavaScript extensions
alert notification channels
DX-Dashboards
DX-Dashboard folders

the above can be used to check pre and post platform upgrades/restarts to ensure nothing was dropped.
