Issue/Introduction
Running a batch job to create the Datastore datasets and the job is failing with RC 0036 with below message.
Unable to establish XMANAGER connection. Verify PARMLIB(SETUPxx) XMANID parm and the started task.

change
//PDTDSALC EXEC PGM=PTLDRIVM,PARM='EP=PDTCBDCC'
to
//PDTDSALC EXEC PGM=PTLDRIVM,PARM='EP=PDTCBDCC,SUFFIX=xx'
The Suffix should match the SETUPxx member being used
