SQLException in ARRFDbOperations insertSysAuditLog in Risk Authentication after applying a patch

Issue/Introduction

After applying the fix Symantec-AdvAuth-9.1.02-DE562836-DevPatch, the report-related data is not displayed in the admin console.

Similarly, no risk evaluations are recorded in the ARRFSYSAUDITLOG.

The following is a sample log of the error:

Symantec Risk Authentication 9.1 SP2

Resolution

Our recommendation is to apply the patch Symantec-AdvAuth-9.1.02-DE571927-DevPatch to resolve this issue. The patch can be downloaded from the KB article as well.
