The extractor aggregator job failing with RC100 and the below message. 

JVMJZBL2007E Stack trace follows:
 com.ca.topology.smf.extract.exception.SmfDataExtractorException: SmfDataExtractorErrorCodes{errorCode='SDE113E', errorMessage='No data written to the staging files.'}

The input SMF data dsn has no records that are suitable for TOPOLOGY,
