Issue/Introduction

when trying to use the ARD Hub, the following error is shown:

Resolution

Set the following if the server does not have access to telemetry.broadcom.com: 
plaEnabled=0

Note the plaEnabled is starting with a lowercase p

pla.properties can be found in: 
C:\Users\<your username>\.ard\conf
