Issue/Introduction

Installing the security product on Suse 11.4 server, we get the following error :

ERROR: Could not find specific kernel module SEOS_syscall.110SUSEeX86_64.MP.ko

 

 

 

 

Environment

Release : 14.1

Installed cp05 PAMSC 14.10(50.61)

Cause

Tthe compatibility matrix still shows this OS as supported (in versions previous to cp05) :

Resolution

I got a confirmation from Sustaining Engineering Manager that this suse version is out of support, and we do not support it anymore

SUSE has EOLed SLES 11.x versions.

We do not support any versions that are EOLed by the vendor. 

You can use the older version of endpoints, however, please be warned that we would not be able to provide any fixes on that platform.
