Issue/Introduction

Access Gateway was running fine until there was a port conflict with Windows Express Update feature which is also using tcp 8005 port.

Is there a way to change the TCP 8005 port from Access Gateway side?

Environment

Release : 12.8.xx and 12.9 (Applicable to all the supported releases)
Component: SMSPS (CA Access Gateway (AKA Secure Proxy Server))

Resolution

Please follow the below steps to modify the default Access Gateway Port 8005.

- Please go to " {SPS_Home}/proxy-engine/conf " location.
- Edit " server.conf " file.
- Go to the line,  "worker.shutdown.port=8005" and update the desired port.
- Restart the Access Gateway Services.
