After importing a new Software component, if you double-click on the Software release and you try to edit the Software name (Double-click on name) nothing happens.
Thus the customer is unable to edit the Software release name that was released.

This issue has been reported to our Broadcom Development team. A fix has been added to our next release post ITMS 8.7.1
There is a pointfix available for those customers with ITMS 8.7.1. See KB 273903 "CUMULATIVE POST ITMS 8.7.1 POINT FIXES" under the SMF section.
