Issue/Introduction

A new clear TSS instance is installed in an LPAR.

Top Secret is running correctly after IPL but it is not possible to log on to the system via TSO using the MSCA so it is not possible to define new SCA users.

 

 

Environment

Release : 16.0

Cause

In order to access with MSCA via TSO the MSCA must have a valid entry in SYS1.UADS.

After reviewing the installation and customization it was found that SYS1.PARMLIB was missing the MSTJCLxx member.

Resolution

Add the member MSTJCLxx to SYS1.PARMLIB and IPL
