Cannot assign Librarian Change Request to a Programmer in CCF

Issue/Introduction

In CCF and trying to Assign a Change Request to a programmer but can't see how.

Resolution

The ASSIGNMENT field is missing / overlaid by the PF Keys

Enter the command :   pfshow off

     to remove the PF keys and display the missing line with the ASSIGNMENT field:
