Issue/Introduction

DLP services fails to start and in the services log you see error "Message:  WrapperManager Error: Unexpected exception opening backend socket: java.net.SocketException: Permission denied: connect "

Release : 16.0.1

Cause

This can be caused if the loopback address has been disabled. 

Resolution

 Please enable the loopback address and make sure this is good.
