CA Access Gateway service Default Port 8005 conflicting with Microsoft services, which uses the same 8005 port.
Access Gateway Release: ALL SUPPORTED VERSIONS
Port conflict when 8005 port is being used by another Microsoft service (Windows Express Updates) and thereby blocking access gateway to run properly.
Please follow the below steps to modify the default Access Gateway Port 8005.
- Please go to <SPS_Home>/proxy-engin/conf
- Edit server.conf file.
- Go to the line, worker.shutdown.port=xxxx and update the desired port.
- Restart the Access Gateway Services.
