Issue/Introduction

Advanced Reporting User License and Activity Report - License Type Filter not applied

Steps to Reproduce: 
1- Advanced Reporting > Reports > User License and Activity Report 
2- Change License Type filter to have only "Full" selected
3- Click Apply
Results are also returned for "Restricted" and "View Only"

Expected Results: Only what is selected in License Type filter be returned

Actual Results: All License Types are returned

Workaround: 
Export and filter out those rows manually
